Every year our neighborhood participates in National Night Out. The idea behind it is that you get to know your neighbors with the goal of reducing crime. This year, Dan brought the WSP motor home that is often used as a mobile DUI processing center. The Lynnwood Police and Fire Department also came. Tobias was really interested in the fire truck and spent quite a bit of time inside the engine listening to the firefighters and checking out the equipment. Cerise was a little too nervous to go in the fire engine. Maybe next year!
